ABOUT THE EXPO

ECO-ENERGY Tech Expo Bangladesh, with Co-Location Battery Bangladesh Show, Elec Power Expo Bangladesh & E-Mobility Expo Bangladesh, is a leading international exhibition and conference focused on renewable energy, smart energy storage, energy efficiency, sustainable energy solutions, power technologies and e-mobility in Bangladesh.

The co-located exhibitions will showcase advanced battery and energy-storage technologies, power generation and electrical solutions, smart-grid technologies, EVs, charging infrastructure and next-generation mobility solutions, connecting manufacturers, technology providers, investors and industry stakeholders.

Given the severe domestic gas shortages, volatile global fossil fuel prices, and the need to scale up renewable energy to 30% by 2040, the ECO-ENERGY Tech Expo will serve as a key platform for Bangladesh’s green energy transition.

The event will explore how Bangladesh can move from “Vision to Implementation” by unlocking investment, strengthening supply chains and fostering international partnerships through high-level discussions, expert insights and strategic networking, bringing together policymakers, developers, investors and technology leaders to shape the future of clean energy in Bangladesh.

Bangladesh is actively undergoing a critical structural transformation in its power sector. While the country has successfully achieved 100% population access to electricity, its rapid industrial growth has created a heavy reliance on expensive, volatile, dollar-denominated imported fossil fuels.

To counter this fiscal vulnerability and meet international climate commitments, the government enacted the landmark Renewable Energy Policy 2025. This framework mandates a clear roadmap: sourcing 20% of total electricity from renewable energy (RE) by 2030 and 30% by 2040. Clean energy is no longer just an environmental goal; it is now a national economic security priority.
